A North East luxury residential delivery business operating as self-build consultants with full Design & Build capability — from initial brief and design coordination through to programme delivery and management on site. 1 Oak works on a fully open-book transparent basis: real costs, real margins, real schedule, shared in writing with the client throughout. Where a Lovatt client elects to procure construction through 1 Oak, the common-ownership disclosure runs on page one of the engagement letter and an independent QS leads procurement evaluation. Dave Lovatt holds a 50% interest.
